Great food and excellent service!

Delicious food! Just wish the plates were not red, and that creamer was served in a glass container rather than little plastic ones.

Quick service, lots of good food for the price. Fruit cup was especially delicious.

The hostess, server, & waitress were friendly, warm and made me feel welcome

Always a great place for my wife and I to have a quick breakfast. Feels local when talking with everyone and we have never had a bad experience. Great prices, large portions, awesome staff.

This was my first time at Annie's. The place is nice and clean. The eggs were done just right, and the hash browns were perfect. The service was fast and friendly.

Clean, curious waitresses and the place had a home feel to it. The food was fast ,$are good and the chicken fried steak was not bad. Sis said that the egg sandwich was good too and the hashbrowns were crunchy yet soft enough. Good job keep it up.

Annie's was great! Friendly, waitresses. Variety of breakfast items. Breakfast served all morning into the afternoon. Really quaint atmosphere. 😁

Our go to place for breakfast in Cottonwood. Very, very good service. Menu has something for everyone. Eaten here often and have enjoyed it every time. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great down home place

The waitress, owner of Annies. Paid for our breakfast. They have a new cook. My girlfriend breakfast didnt turn out so good. She said she wanted to make sure we came back again. And we are going too! My order was very very good. She paid mine as well. Thank you again Annies. See u real soon

Feels like a small town dinner. Service was quick and nice, I noticed they seemed to have a lot of regulars coming in so it must be popular with the locals too. Pretty good! I'd stop in from time to time

I go here all the time for breakfast and some coffee. They're always friendly and always prompt.

Good food, we all asked for eggs "yellows runny, whites solid" just like that, everyones eggs had fully solid yellows! We did NOT send them back to be re~done. Other than that still a 4 star Place. Will send them back next time 4 sure.

You get a ton of food for your money here. Their omelettes are great. They load them up. The French toast is thick and buttery. I haven't had something I didn't like here. Total comfort food stop. The parking lot is a little rough, but its worth the risk. :) Don't pass this place up!

Got seated quickly no server attempted to get my party drinks. Has to find a hostess. Waited a ridiculous amour of time. When we asked how long service would take the owner who was also our waitress snapped at us for asking and stated they had a twelve party table and they would get there when ever they got there and walked away when we were still talking to them. We paid for the drinks we barely got and went to another local restaurant where we were treated with more respect and better service.

We love the service, the prices, and the food, just wish their floors looked clean. Reflects badly on their whole operation. Would be so easy to buff the floors to a high polish like Walmart has done.

I've been going to Annie's since before it was Annie's! Always been the best local breakfast and good folks to have fun with!

Great place for American food without the fuss. Always consistent and the staff is always pleasant.

Had a great experience here We where.a party of 8 ! 1/2 hour from closing where welcome and food and service was FANTASTIC will definitely come here again if in town ! Thanks to all of the STAFF !

Food is good. Reasonable price. I really enjoyed the fiesta scram. My wife likes that the portion size is not too big. Our food took a while but we came at 11 am on Sunday which is probably the busiest time of the whole week.

EXCELLENT! My husband and I ordered breakfast and it was well done and fresh. Exactly what we were expecting! Love it! Waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I recommend anyone who would love to experience a good home cooked meal.

This place was a great time and good food. Met other travelers here and the owner is right on the floor with the servers.

the food is very good and the hometown atmosphere makes it a wonderful place for families to go in and enjoy a meal. The wait staff is fantastic, very professional and very friendly. The wait staff knows most of their customers by sight if not by name.

Love this place. It's the best hamburger in town in my opinion and the french fries are just as good. Staff is welcoming and it's always a good experience :)
